01Responsibilities
Month end closing which will include accruals preparation, prepaid amortization, cost allocations and payroll accountingPreparation of Bank reconciliation statementsPerforming variance analysis (both PL & BS) and explanation (period-over-period actuals)Provide support to prepare financial statements including balance sheet, statements of profit and Loss and Notes to Accounts as per Schedule III of companies Act, 2013Fixed Assets accounting & maintenance of Fixed assets register as per USGAAP, Companies Act & Income Tax ActPrepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications in accordance with local GAAPComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:

Com Graduate and a qualified - CA3+ years of experience of handling financial statements and month end reportingKnowledge of ERP and SAP (Ex: PeopleSoft, Excel, etc)Knowledge of IND-AS, standard on auditingSound understanding of generally accepted accounting principlesProven analytical skills & an inquisitive mind, strong communication skills and documentation ability, detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to proactively work toward a goal
