Senior Accounting Operations Lead (Mumbai)

- Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies. - Lead the finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors. - Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME, and other statutory requirements. - Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities. - Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. - Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team Education & experience requirements- - Experience: 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setups - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
