Job Title:Senior Accounts Executive / Senior Finance Executive Location:Champapet, Hyderabad Experience:510 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge in accounting, taxation, finance, banking, budgeting, and financial management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete accounts and finance operations of the company. Roles & Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities Handle complete bookkeeping and accounting operationsMaintain General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Trial BalanceManage Accounts Payable & Accounts ReceivablePrepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsPerform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment recordsHandle invoice processing and vendor reconciliationMonitor daily accounting transactions and financial accuracyMaintain fixed asset register and depreciation calculationsTaxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returnsHandle TDS calculations and filingsKnowledge of Income Tax complianceCoordinate with auditors and tax consultantsEnsure statutory compliance and documentationMaintain audit-related records and reportsFinance Responsibilities Prepare financial reports and MIS reportsBudget planning and cost controlCash flow monitoring and fund managementFinancial analysis and forecastingMonitor company expenses and profitabilitySupport management with financial decision-makingHandle banking transactions and loan documentationKnowledge of working capital managementPayroll & Administration Process employee salaries and reimbursementsPF, ESI, and payroll compliance knowledge preferredRequired Skills Strong accounting and finance knowledgeExpertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory complianceGood understanding of financial statements and reportingStrong Excel and MIS reporting skillsExperience with Tally ERP / Busy / ERP softwareAbility to independently manage complete accountsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesQualification B.Com / M.Com / MBA FinanceCA Inter preferredPay: 25,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
