Position: Senior Accounts Executive.

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Techindia Infoway Pvt Ltd is hiring a hands-on Finance & Senior Accounts Executive to own day-to-day books, statutory compliance, procurement. Cost accounting and management reporting for a quick-growing medical device CDM operation with India, US and EU exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho Books; group consolidation.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L; and Balance Sheet.
GST end-to-end: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 2B reconciliation, e-invoicing, e-way bills, RCM.
TDS deduction, monthly payment, quarterly returns (26Q/ 24Q / 27Q), Form 16/16A issuance.
Cost accounting for procurement: BOM-based product costing, landed cost, vendor rate analysis.
Purchase order workflow, vendor invoicing, accounts payable, payment cycles
Petty cash, imprest accounts, expense reimbursements, corporate card reconciliation
Daily bank reconciliation, treasury, working capital and cash-flow forecasting
Payroll processing: PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, gratuity provisioning.
Inventory valuation & WIP accounting; job-work register; physical stock audits.
Import/Export documentation: Bill of Entry, IEC, LUT, FIRC, EEFC, FEMA compliance.
MCA/ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC), board resolution support.
Fixed asset register, depreciation as per Schedule II; MSME 45-day payment tracking (Sec 43B(h)).
Statutory & tax audit coordination; CMA data, grant/subsidy accounting, monthly MIS.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
B. Com mandatory; M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter strongly preferred.
5+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or product-company finance role
Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho Books (mandatory please do not apply without both)
Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act 2013, Indian GAAP / Ind AS basics
Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic macros; comfort with Google Sheets
Fluent English and Tamil; written communication for cross-functional and audit correspondence
Residence within 1 hour commute of Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
