Role & responsibilities

Handling GST compliance filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other statutory returns

Managing statutory audits (taxation and other applicable legal requirements)

Dealing with government assessments and notices

Supporting HO in balance sheet preparation & financial reporting

Preparation of annual business plan & budgeting

Monitoring monthly profitability & variance analysis

Coordination with HODs for deviation analysis & corrective actions

Managing customer & vendor reconciliations

Handling plant-level payments & financial operations

Strengthening internal controls and expense monitoring

Monitoring manpower, conversion cost, yield & margin reports

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Range: 10-20 Years

Strong knowledge of GST & statutory compliance

Experience in manufacturing

Strong analytical & cost control skills

Good stakeholder coordination & problem-solving ability

Knowledge of Tax like GST, TDS, Excise duty

Knowledge Accounting and financial tools & system, banking system, taxation
