Overview
As an Agile Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading parallel Scrum teams and ensuring effective Agile practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting multiple Scrum teams in parallel to ensure alignment and high delivery performance.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups) and driving continuous process improvement.
- Serving as the main point of coordination between development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership.
- Working closely with Customer Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and acting as a Proxy PO when requiredproviding direction, refining backlogs, and supporting product vision.
- Overseeing project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery across streams.
- Using data-driven insights to monitor, optimize, and report on team performance and product delivery health.
- Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as a Project Manager.
- Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade projects in the Private Equity business domain, with understanding of Valuations or Market Risk/Compliance in Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Background in Business Analysis with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- People management experience.
- Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required).
- Track record of delivering complex software solutions in dynamic environments.
Additionally, nice-to-have skills for this role include:
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Technical background or understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in distributed teams or multi-vendor environments.
