Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML platformsBuild scalable MLOps pipelines and AI deployment frameworksImplement model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, and automated retrainingEstablish monitoring for:Model PerformanceData DriftConcept DriftPrompt DriftHallucination TrackingBuild champion vs. challenger model frameworksDevelop AI observability, governance, and compliance controlsSupport AIRB, Responsible AI, and production AI readinessComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
6+ years in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or MLOpsSolid Python and ML platform experienceHands-on experience with:Azure MLDatabricksMLflowCI/CD for MLAI ObservabilityModel MonitoringExperience deploying and operating ML systems at enterprise scaleExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare AI, Prior Authorization, Claims, RCM, or EHR experienceExperience building governance and Responsible AI controlsFHIR, HL7, Epic integration knowledgeExposure to GenAI, LLMOps, and AI monitoring frameworks
Ideal Candidate:
A solid AI platform engineer who can operationalize AI at scale and ensure Prior Authorization AI solutions are reliable, observable, compliant, and production-ready
