Job Title : Senior Engineer, AI.Experience : 6-9 Years.Job Location : Hybrid.Ensemble Health Partners India is at the forefront of innovation in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space, leveraging modern technology to drive meaningful, real-world impact.Our future-ready platforms combine AI-driven analytics, intelligent data ingestion, workflow automation, and business intelligence, built on a scalable, cloud-native architecture.Our AI-powered solutions run in production environments, continuously optimizing processes and delivering actionable insights at scale.RCM industry, a global workforce of 15,000+ professionals, and 12 technology patents, Ensemble delivers results through strong teams, mature processes, and modern technology platforms.As part of our growth strategy, we have launched a Global Capability Center (GCC), serving as a strategic extension of our global operations.The GCC brings together technology, analytics, and RCM expertise to accelerate innovation and support our long-term vision of transforming healthcare operations.At Ensemble, we foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance, where your expertise is valued and your work creates measurable business impact.Position Overview : The Senior Engineer, AI is a key individual contributor within Ensembles Analytics and AI organization.This role is responsible for translating complex business and operational challenges into scalable analytical, AI, and automation solutions.The Senior Associate partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to design, build, and deploy analytics and AI models that enhance decision-making, reduce friction across revenue cycle workflows, and enable measurable operational outcomes.The role operates with a high degree of ownership, contributing independently while aligning with architectural patterns and quality standards defined by Leads and Managers.Design, develop, and deploy analytics and AI solutions aligned with business priorities.- Perform advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.- Apply best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and performance.- Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics and modeling.- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, predictive modeling, and feature engineering.- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).- Exposure to Databricks, data lakes, and large-scale datasets.- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance practices.- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Experience & Education : - 6-9 years of experience in analytics, data science, or applied AI roles.- Experience delivering analytics or AI solutions in production environments.- Background in healthcare, RCM, or regulated industries is a plus.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field.Senior Engineer, AI will contribute to high-priority initiatives including : 1.
