Responsibilities Process and manage fund release requests related to home construction, renovation, and second-home mortgage loans. Review and validate fund release applications prior to approval and disbursement. Verify that requested release amounts are aligned with the approved purpose and conditions of the mortgage loan. Assess submitted invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with all required criteria. Ensure funds are utilized appropriately and in accordance with agreed credit and lending terms. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or non-compliant requests and escalate as required. Maintain accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the fund release process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient processing of customer requests. .
