01Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Support & Research: Assist front office trading desks by conducting thorough research on the firm's positions and applicable regulations for each asset class across jurisdictions.- Data Analytics & Visualization: Deploy advanced data analytics and visualization techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, predictive modeling, clustering) using tools like Power BI to analyze complex datasets.- Regulatory Filings: Perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to fulfill regulatory filing obligations regarding the firm's short positions and long ownership reports across the US, UK, EU, Japan, and other jurisdictions.- Control Implementation: Monitor and implement controls designed to ensure compliance with global regulations by leveraging data analytics and visualization techniques.- Information Barrier Management: Conduct thorough analysis on fundamental research data collected by trading groups through interactions with external industry experts to prevent potential trading while in possession of material non-public information (MNPI).- Project Management: Assist with long-term strategic projects to maintain the firm's high standards of compliance with new and existing regulations.Qualifications:Basic
