Incumbents at this level are intermediate Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.
Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
