01Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the right organizational and employee data is maintained in our HR systems to enable HR analytics and HR processes delivery.
- Monitoring and measuring data accuracy in the system.
- Investigating data quality issues' root causes and partnering with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive end-to-end solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Finance, and Legal, to ensure data integrity and compliance to laws/regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR community and stakeholders, ensuring their high satisfaction with the project outcomes and recurring cooperation.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in HR or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is desirable
- Robust communication, stakeholder engagement and time management skills
- Able to work independently and perform as a team player
- Prior experience with HR Data is preferred
This role will sit within the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will depend on the candidates qualifications and experiences. .
