What we're looking for:
We're seeking analytically driven finance professionals with strong expertise in
Corporate Credit, Private Credit, and Portfolio Management
to support investment monitoring, financial analysis, and strategic portfolio decisions.
This is
not a traditional credit risk role.
You'll work at the intersection of
Private Credit, Asset Management, Financial Research, Investment Analysis, and Portfolio Monitoring
, collaborating closely with global investment teams and key stakeholders.

Private Credit / Corporate CreditCredit Underwriting & Credit AnalysisPortfolio Monitoring & Asset ManagementFinancial Modeling & Valuation (DCF, IRR)Financial Statement & Cash Flow AnalysisCovenant Monitoring & Credit MemorandumsCapital Structure & Debt Capacity AnalysisStrong stakeholder management and communication skills

Leveraged Finance / Fund FinanceStructured FinanceDirect LendingSpecial Situations / Distressed DebtInvestment Memorandum preparationExperience working with Global Investment Banks, Private Credit Funds, Asset Managers, Corporate Banking, or Credit Rating Agencies
Preferred Background:
MBA (Finance) / CA / CFAStrong finance and credit fundamentals
