Maintain B2B collection portfolios within business standardsResolving all aspects of outstanding receivablesIncluding but not limited toCollection of past due invoices Resolution of credit balancesContinual reduction of past due agingResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesAchieve collection metricsReconcile payment applications Provide bad debt reserve recommendationsRespond timely to individual and shared mailboxesCommunicate effectively with internal and external customersProvide aging reports and other data requested to business usersCollaborate with internal partners to resolve unpaid balancesWork independently and prioritize workloadAnalyzing aged receivablesUtilize reporting toolsUpdate manager with relevant business informationAdhere to company valuesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Commerce degree (B.com/M.com), Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in O2C involving Collections, Dispute resolution, AR reconciliations, billing, Write offs-On or other applicable areaIntermediate (or higher) level of MS Excel proficiency, including creating pivot tables, Lookups, conditional formatting for reporting purposesOpen for shifts: 15:30 to 01:00
Preferred Qualifications:
