Roles & ResponsibilitiesExpected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.Lead the development and implementation of application features to ensure alignment with business objectives.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliverables.Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.Professional & Technical SkillsMust To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Salesforce environments.Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business needs.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and integration.Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Additional InformationThe candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.A 15 years full time education is required. .
