Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, negotiate payments, and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Authorize or deny claims based on patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
- Process medical billing transactions accurately and efficiently using US Healthcare systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in AR Calling or related field (RCM).
- Solid knowledge of hospital administration, accounts receivable caller activities, authorization procedures.
- Proficiency in US Healthcare regulations and industry standards. .
