Senior Ar Caller

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for a leading US Healthcare process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AR Calling, End-to-End Denials Management, and Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts.
Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims.
Analyze and resolve denied claims to maximize reimbursements.
Work on Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) accounts.
Review claim status and resolve billing-related issues.
Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
Update claim status and maintain accurate documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling.
Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management is mandatory.
Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
Degree or Diploma is mandatory.
Good communication and analytical skills.
