We are hiring AR callers and Senior AR callers for a leading US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling
• Claims Follow-up & Denial Management
• Insurance Calling & Payment Follow-up
• Handling Rejections & Appeals
• Maintaining Productivity & Quality Standards
• Working with US Healthcare Providers, Physicians & Hospitals

Eligibility Criteria

• 1-6 years of AR Calling experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
• Willing to work in the US Night Shift.
