Role Summary :
We are seeking a Principal/ Senior Architect to define, own, and evolve the end-to-end architecture of enterprise platform, which is increasingly AI-heavy. This role serves as a technical authority across the organization, responsible for setting architectural direction, establishing standards, and ensuring the successful production deployment of advanced data, software and AI systems.
The Principal AI Architect will operate at the intersection of deep learning, data engineering, software engineering and MLOps, driving long-term platform strategy while partnering closely with engineering leadership to translate complex business problems into scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures.
Focus : Enterprise platform architecture, MLOps, deep learning deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and evolve end-to-end enterprise platform architecture.
- Build scalable, secure data pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
- Lead MLOps practices : CI/CD for ML, model registries, retraining pipelines, drift detection.
- Design and deploy deep learning & agentic models (e.g., RAG, vector DB integration).
- Mentor engineers, set standards, lead reviews.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
Core Requirements :
- 10+ years in software architecture.
- 5+ years in deep learning/data engineering.
- Strong Python + backend engineering.
- Scala/Kotlin/Rust desirable.
- Expertise in distributed systems, algorithms, big data frameworks.
- Proven leadership in architectural decision-making. .
