Senior Asset Manager

Leads global program management for asset operations, including DAM, metadata, and content lifecycle platforms (e.g., LucidLink, Iconik, AEM), ensuring operational support scales cost-effectively across regions. Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Chennai/Coimbatore Your Core Responsibilities will be Owns the roadmap and operational governance for asset management platforms. Coordinate metadata standards and content lifecycle policies globally. Manage platform operational support and issue escalation. Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure asset workflows meet local needs. Operational Program Management: Runs a global platform operation with consistent governance and support quality. Content Lifecycle Expertise: Understands metadata, taxonomy, and asset governance best practices. Cross-Regional Coordination: Balances global standards with regional workflow needs. Vendor & Platform Management: Manages platform vendor relationships and escalations effectively. Cost-Conscious Delivery: Optimizes operational support delivery for efficiency at scale. Must have Skills 9+ years in program management or DAM/content operations. Experience with asset management platforms (Iconik, AEM, LucidLink, or equivalent). Strong cross-regional coordination skills. Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in media, advertising, or creative production operations. Metadata taxonomy design experience. .
