Ownership of ongoing interaction with clients with regards to timelines, deliverables, and compliance of agreed SLAs Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance Helping the team in onboarding the clients investment portfolio on Oxanes proprietary platform. Review loan agreements, amendment documents, servicer reports, investor reports and other reports as required Keep an eye on scheduled events through the life of the loan: Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date Monitoring of key covenants, and key KPIs Create and monitor monthly dashboards across transactions on Oxanes proprietary platform Ensure deliverables are sent timely along with highest quality leading daily interactions with the client regarding deliverables, onboarding recent transactions, meeting SLAs, etc. Requirements Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a rapid-paced workplace Solid communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, CRE Loan Servicing is preferable .
