Job Purpose The TAG Advisor is responsible for building teams and support in the organizations growth strategy - By planning and identifying the right talent and skill set, assessing their suitability to the role and the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will partner key stakeholders in managing the full hiring life cycle Key Accountabilities Support and advise business in scale up, and building a long term franchise Support Strategic hires and succession pipeline. Support SWP and bridge skill gaps. Manage expenses in line with budget Manage Controls / Compliance Drive employer brand internally and externally Customer Satisfaction Score Enhance Candidate experience and engagement Reimagine journeys through horizontal organisation, data driven operating model and AI Ensure Quality of hiring Job Duties & responsibilities The position is required to ensure the recruitment and on boarding of new staff. Role is required to source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best fit Talent Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets Develop and strategize sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates Co-ordinate with placement consultants for recruitment process Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements Use all available tools / options to source candidates as per defined job description Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR partners Required Experience Minimum 6to 8 years experience in HR Experience in managing recruitment for Branch Banking function Education / Preferred Qualifications MBA/ Qualification in HR with 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Core Competencies Good communication skills partner with multiple stakeholders Excellent negotiation, influencing, and planning skills Excellent Delivery management skills Team management Attention to detail Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions; Should have a strong mindset to handle issues & be able to think through a problem Location: DBS Bank Centre Job: Human Capital Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time .
