Job Purpose
Job starts with recruitment of manpower and training them on Consumer LAP business. Catchment mapping to each of the DSTs is an important activity. Ensure productivity from DSTs and drive Consumer LAP business from Branch Banking channel. Also responsible for cross selling to the existing base and cross selling other bank products to the new customers. Area Sales manager is also responsible for Consumer LAP P & HL of all the branches assigned to him/her
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment & Training of Manpower
Handholding the DSTs & Driving the productivity.
Catchment mapping & Marketing Activities
Achievement of Annual Operating Plan for both DSTs & Branches.
Ensure Profitability of Consumer LAP Business
Responsible for Portfolio Quality
Keep a track on all sales manager productivity
Job Duties & responsibilities:
Ensure Manpower against Budgeted numbers
Ensure every DST to follow the sales process
Ensure DSTs does regular marketing activities and participates in the traders/association meetings in the given catchment.
Closely work with branch banking team and attend the branch leads.
Work with DSTs and customer visits
Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented
