01Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, methodologies, and best practices to enhance design quality.
Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design or related field.
4+ years of qualified UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Robust portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and creative design solutions.
Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping and generate creative concepts.
