01Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, and secrets management.Operations & Run: Operate, maintain, and continuously improve Privileged Access Management services, ensuring availability, security, and compliance of privileged accounts and sessions.Solution Deployment: Build and implement security solutions both on-premises and in the cloud using SaaS, IaaS, and other technologies.AI-Driven Improvements: Identify and introduce AI based or data driven approaches where feasible to enhance operations, threat detection, monitoring, and automation.Automation: Automate processes such as account onboarding, workflows, and reporting using scripting and orchestration tools.Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents related to privileged access, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor platforms and privileged activities to detect misuse, anomalies, or policy violations.Security Assessments: Support audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability reviews related to privileged access and identity security.Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to internal and external customers using PAM services, ensuring secure and efficient access.Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to integrate PAM controls into projects and daily operations.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on PAM status, risks, incidents, and improvements to management.Security Awareness: Promote best practices for privileged access and credential management through guidance and collaboration.Personal Development: Stay up to date with PAM, identity security trends, and emerging threats, and proactively propose enhancements to existing controls.
Your profile: Required Qualifications/Skills:
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on PAM and IAM.Proven experience with CyberArk PAM solutions is mandatory.Experience administering Windows (preferred)and/or Linux environments, especially from a privileged access perspective is a plus point.Scripting experience (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to automate PAM and security operations.Ability to support and drive PAM integrations in Cloud and hybrid environments GCP/Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Strong understanding of identity security, least privilege principles, access controls, and audit requirements.Ability to work across teams, share knowledge, and contribute to common security objectives.Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under time pressure.High adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and interest in modern security automatio .
