Joining our team as a KYC Analyst, you will play a vital role in Financial Crime Compliance by conducting thorough due diligence on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client due diligence (CDD) by verifying identity, source of funds, and beneficial ownership for various entity types.
- Performing initial checks on client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Researching and verifying client information through databases and sources.
- Evaluating client risk levels based on business activities, geographic location, and other factors.
- Conducting sanction and adverse media screening using specialized tools and databases.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including KYC profiles and ongoing monitoring records.
**Mandatory skill sets:**
1. Strong understanding of financial regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
2. In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
3. Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify risks.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
