About Us Medispec India is a leading provider of life science and analytical instrumentation, partnering with globally recognized manufacturers to deliver cutting-edge solutions to research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories across India.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
Support annual audits, tax audits, and statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to finance SOPs.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).Experience handling audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting independently. .
