About you and this role : As a Senior Benefits Representative , you will be responsible for the operationalization and transaction of processes in different regions, being accountable for a broad range of benefits processes, as medical plans, savings and pension, and country specific benefits. You will need to idenfity major issues and patterns and find solutions within the established procedures. You will develop full proficiency in a range of benefits processes and procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience, under leadership direction. You will need to understand how multiple teams, across the geos, coordinate efforts and resources to achieve goals and be able to explain complex information to members of your own team and other teams. Time management, pro-activity, organization and sense of urgency are critical skills to be successful on this role, together with strong cultural awareness and analytical thinking. Responsibilities Acts as primary point-of-contact for benefits inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders. Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion. Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries. Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience. Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.). Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume). Involves and drives general continuous improvement processes. Leads data audits and analytics with a focus on benefit performance, cost and metric improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written English Benefits Administration Skills Analytical Thinking Detail-Oriented Process-Driven Troubleshooting Interpersonal communication Pro-activity Time management Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work Additional Notes Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
