Senior BI Architect

- Lead enterprise BI architecture, dashboards, and visualization frameworks using Power BI and Tableau. - Define and drive BI strategy, translating insurance data into actionable insights. - Design and optimize data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic layers for scalable analytics. - Work with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and modern cloud platforms. - Develop advanced DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and Python-based data solutions. - Implement data governance, quality standards, security, and metadata management. - Enable self-service BI and automate workflows using Power Automate. - Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment standards, and ensure performance optimization. - Collaborate with data engineering teams and troubleshoot BI performance and data issues. - Mentor BI developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. - 10+ years of BI/analytics experience with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling. - Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and ETL/ELT processes. - Proficiency in Python for data processing/automation. - Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise BI architecture. - Insurance domain experience is required. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Azure/cloud platforms. - Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps in BI. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
