Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant
Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Onsite)
Salary: 3,60,000 4,80,000 per annum
Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage end-to-end books of accounts for our US-based law firm clients. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting while working closely with client teams across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts for US law firm clients in QuickBooks OnlineRecord and categorise transactions, manage AP/AR, and process invoicesPerform advanced bank, credit card, and trust/client account reconciliationsWork with law firm CRM and practice management systems (e.g. Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) for billing and time-entry dataPrepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysisCoordinate directly with US clients over email and calls to resolve queries and share updates
Requirements
CA Inter / CMA Inter qualifiedHands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (US version preferred)Strong reconciliation skills, including multi-account and high-volume matchingAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Excellent written and verbal English communicationPrior experience with US accounting or law firm clients is a strong plus .
