Senior Recruiter We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in BPO/Bulk Hiring to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and bulk hiring requirements.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates. Requirements 12 years of recruitment experience.Hands-on experience in BPO/Bulk Hiring is mandatory.Strong sourcing and screening skills. Team handling exposure preferred .Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
