Job Title:Branch Manager | Senior Branch Manager(APC)

Department: Sales Agency Partner Channel (APC/Wealth)

Location: Mumbai - All Location

Reporting To: Regional Manager

CTC: Up to 9 LPA (Fixed salary + High Incentives + Performance Bonus)

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting experienced agents or leaders (Agency Partners) and building a strong distribution network to drive high-value business in the APC channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit quality Agency Partners (experienced agents / ex-managers / team leaders)
Build and manage a high-performing advisor team through partners
Drive premium business through Agency Partners
Provide training, sales support, and strategic guidance to partners
Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
Develop long-term relationships with key partners
Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality business sourcing

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate
Experience: 28 years in Insurance / Agency Channel
Must have experience in team handling / advisor recruitment
