- Analyze data and processes to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain business cases, requirements documents, and project plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, to implement solutions.
- Communicate changes and benefits to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating current systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Ability to define the epics, features, stories with complete description, documentation and acceptance criteria.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, UML, Sequence).
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- SQL and database management skills.
- Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Cloud-based tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) .
