We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Analyst to join an Agile team focused on modernizing and building a next-gen digital application stack for Securities Operations and Corporate Action systems in the investment banking domain. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Global Securities Management and Operations teams across all business areas to deliver global solutions for varied business requirements. If you enjoy handling complex business processes, translating them into clear IT requirements, and shaping the evolution of a product through its lifecycle in a challenging, technology-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Shape up business-driven IT solutions for the Corporate Actions & Income Processing department Collaborate with Operations & Business teams to translate complex business requirements into meaningful IT requirements Independently drive data, function, and behavioral analysis Act as an intrinsic part of IT Agile scrum teams and help execute deliveries in line with business acceptance criteria Assist in quality control and project management Take lead on front-to-back testing activities Manage senior stakeholder expectations Requirements 6-10 years of experience in Product Management within Investment Banking or similar areas Background in business analysis techniques for requirement refinement, including BRD and FRD Experience driving and managing backlog for scrum teams in a global context Expertise in defining technology and operational-business process frameworks Proficiency in Agile (scrum-based) delivery and related project management using Jira Capability to lead front-to-back testing and coordinate across multiple global teams Proficiency in SQL, Unix, and messaging tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets Competency in stakeholder management and requirement gathering Passion for greenfield development and willingness to quickly upskill on the digital stack Familiarity with tools that aid business analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability to work across teams and functions, with fluency in English (B2 level) Nice to have Exposure to flow tools such as GitLab and Power BI Familiarity with behavioral test frameworks (e.g., JBehave, Cucumber) Experience working with digital platforms such as Kafka, Kibana, and Elasticsearch
