About the roleInvescos Operational Governance team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Change Management to lead strategic, regulatory and operational initiatives across its global Investments and Distribution Services organization. The role bridges business needs with execution, delivering datadriven insights and ensuring consistent governance.Key responsibilitiesLead endtoend delivery of initiatives, from intake through planning, execution and closure.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.Ensure governance, controls and reporting align with organisational standards.Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope and success criteria.Conduct data analysis, rootcause assessments and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows and actionable deliverables.Consolidate qualitative and quantitative inputs into executiveready presentations and summaries.Engage with business, operations, risk and technology teams to manage risk, compliance and incident management programmes.Required profileProven experience in business analysis and project management within a global, matrixed environment.Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.Required skillsWhat we offerOpportunity to work on highimpact initiatives across a worldwide investment firm.Collaborative environment with intelligent colleagues. .
