Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including stakeholder interviews, requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design for complex technology and business initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams for large-scale projects
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood, documented, and implemented
- Conduct detailed as-is and to-be process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and transformation opportunities and propose data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead and facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder review meetings, and JAD sessions with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Define and track business KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs for technology initiatives and report progress and outcomes to senior management and project sponsors
- Support solution evaluation, vendor assessment, and RFP processes by developing detailed business and functional requirements for technology procurement decisions
- Manage requirement traceability matrices and ensure all business requirements are covered in solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Lead UAT planning and execution including test scenario definition, defect triage, and sign-off coordination with business stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts within the team on analysis methodologies, documentation standards, and stakeholder management best practices
