Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, UAT, and client demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, BRD/FRD documentation, and UAT.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
