About the Role
TruPaisa is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.Understand customer requirements and explain TruPaisa's products/services.Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.Update lead and customer information in the CRM/system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.Requirements
03 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Relationship Management.Good communication and convincing skills.Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.Basic understanding of the stock market/financial services is an advantage.Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.What We Offer
