You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, drafting BRD and FRD documents, creating user stories, and working within agile methodologies to support digital process automation projects in the BFSI domain. Additionally, you will be involved in conversational AI platforms, Rest API integration, and UAT activities.

- Advanced skills in eliciting, capturing, and clarifying business requirements from stakeholders
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI Module
- Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in writing detailed user stories to facilitate development cycles within agile teams
- Experienced in working within Agile frameworks and collaborating with scrum teams
- Prior involvement with chatbot solutions and conversational AI platforms
- Understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs for integrating front-end and back-end systems
- Experience in preparing for and conducting user acceptance testing
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and conduct interviews to capture project requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
