Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and street-smart Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to drive and execute on-ground BTL campaigns across assigned cities. The role involves campaign execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, team handling, and building strong relationships with RWAs and housing societies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute BTL activities such as lift branding, gate branding, canopy activities, flea markets, sampling, and society activations.Secure permissions from RWAs and societies for campaign execution.Manage and guide a team of Business Executives for smooth on-ground operations.Build and maintain local vendor networks for logistics, printing, and manpower requirements.Track campaign performance, maintain reports, and manage budgets using Excel.Coordinate with internal teams and resolve stakeholder or operational escalations.Build strong relationships with RWAs, society committees, and local influencers.Requirements4+ years of experience in Business Development, BTL Marketing, Field Sales, or Campaign Management.Experience managing field teams and executing on-ground campaigns.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.Fluency in the local language and mandatory residency in the assigned city.Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work in fast-paced environments.BenefitsPerformance BonusCorporate Health InsuranceTravel AllowanceMonthly R&R AwardsFast-track growth and promotion opportunities .
