01Key Responsibilities
Deliver live, instructor-led sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals. Teach concepts across operational strategy, business process excellence, supply chain and value chain management, cross-functional leadership, organizational efficiency, and execution at scale depending on assigned module(s). Bridge operational excellence with broader business strategy, financial performance, and customer outcomes. Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises that resonate with senior operations and cross-functional business leaders. Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement levels. Collaborate with the academics team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes where needed.

Experience & Background-
15+ years of industry experience in Operations Leadership, Business Process Management, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, Cross-functional Leadership, Management Consulting, or related domains. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement large-scale operational and process improvement initiatives that drive measurable business and financial outcomes. Prior experience working with CEOs, boards, and cross-functional leadership teams on operational strategy, capacity planning, and organizational efficiency. Exposure to one or more industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, Technology, BFSI, Media, Healthcare, or Consulting. Teaching & Communication-
Ability to explain complex operational strategy and execution concepts clearly to a highly experienced, cross-functional audience. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior professionals from both operations and non-operations backgrounds. Comfort with case-based, discussion-driven pedagogy rather than purely lecture-led delivery. Prior experience in executive education, management development programs (MDPs), leadership training, or corporate workshops is highly preferred. Mindset-

Brings real-world examples, operational leadership experiences, and contemporary execution insights into the classroom. Able to balance operational granularity with enterprise-level strategic thinking. Passionate about developing future operations leaders and helping professionals drive organizational efficiency and business impact at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience serving as a COO, VP of Operations, Head of Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Transformation Head, or advisor to leadership teams on operational and execution strategy. Familiarity with modern operations priorities including digital operations, supply chain resilience, lean and agile transformation, shared services, workforce productivity, and sustainability in operations. Background in one or more of the following areas: Operational Strategy, Business Process Excellence, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Shared Services Transformation, or Technology-Enabled Operations. MBA in Operations, Strategy, or General Management from a reputed institution; doctoral qualification is a strong advantage. .
