Document and maintain business processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity and consistency. Leverage technology to implement cross-functional process improvements, gaining exposure to a variety of tools, functions, and teams across the organization. Participate in key initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing data utilization. Collaborate on defining and tracking KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements and inform strategic decisions. Monitor performance against process standards, support rollout efforts, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Effectively present complex information, project updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and informed decision-making.
