01Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for one or more formulary management applications, providing strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of product capabilitiesAct as the primary voice of the business and end users, ensuring product priorities align with organizational goals and customer needsDefine and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to Agile delivery teams and stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support successful solution deliveryEvaluate business value, develop use cases, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and achieve targeted outcomesLead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities to ensure development efforts align with business objectivesPartner closely with Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify and resolve impediments impacting deliveryFoster collaboration across Product Owners, Scrum teams, and cross-functional partners to support enterprise-scale Agile initiativesFacilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demonstrationsEnsure compliance with governance and audit requirements by supporting the creation and maintenance of required documentation and deliverablesMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile best practices to continuously improve product management and delivery processesCollaborate with business and technology partners to assess incoming enhancement requests, estimate effort, and determine implementation prioritiesWork directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solution requirementsAnalyze operational processes, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomesSupport release planning, user acceptance testing, and production readiness activities to ensure successful product deploymentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with business, operational, and technology partners to drive alignment and product successComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
3+ years of PBM or pharmacy experience3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Product OwnerExperience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)Experience presenting to stakeholders, written release notes, documentations of requirements, etc. Experience leading project workstream, deliverables, timelinesPreferred Qualifications:
