This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory expectations are embedded into the Banks reputed company reputed company, with primary reputed company across BSA/AML, CRA, reputed company-party/vendor risk management, reputed company banking compliance. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and the ability to proactively advise leadership on regulatory risk as the Bank evolves. What Youll Do reputed company reputed company of the Banks BSA/AML and sanctions compliance programs, including SARs, CTRs, CIP, CDD, OFAC, and KYC Ensure alignment with regulatory guidance from FinCEN, FFIEC, and other governing bodies reputed company high-risk customer due diligence, including specialized banking segments Evaluate and enhance transaction monitoring systems and financial crime controls reputed company or support the Banks CRA program, including assessment areas, reporting, and exam readiness Partner with leadership to reputed company community development reputed company with regulatory expectations reputed company reputed company-party/vendor risk management, including due diligence, contract review, and ongoing monitoring Ensure appropriate compliance reputed company of fintech partners and external service providers Advise leadership on regulatory implications of digital banking initiatives, fintech partnerships, and evolving delivery channels Monitor regulatory developments impacting digital banking and ensure proactive alignment reputed company compliance considerations into new products, services, and market expansion strategies Serve as a primary reputed company with regulators, auditors, and examiners Conduct reputed company-wide risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies reputed company compliance training to employees, leadership, and the reputed company Prepare reporting for senior leadership and the reputed company of Directors Partner cross-functionally across operations, lending, deposit operations, and executive leadership What Youll Bring Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CRA, and consumer compliance regulations Experience overseeing or supporting vendor/reputed company-party risk management programs Experience advising on digital banking, fintech, or emerging delivery channels Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-reputed company guidance Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 510+ years of experience in banking compliance or reputed company regulatory roles CAMS and/or CRCM certifications preferred Experience supporting regulatory examinations and compliance programs in a banking environment Must pass credit and background screening MEMBER FDIC EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of reputed company responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
