Role Description The Senior Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of construction and turnkey projects. This role includes coordinating with design, architecture, and PMC teams to align project objectives, schedules, and quality standards, while managing contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and compliant delivery. The Senior Construction Project Manager will prepare and monitor project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, conduct regular site inspections, and manage risk, safety, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, progress reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of processes and workflows. This position requires hands-on leadership at project sites and close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Qualifications - Strong project management capabilities, including experience in Project Management and Construction Project Management for mid- to large-scale residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in Construction Management and Project Coordination to oversee multiple sites, manage contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.Solid budgeting and cost control skills, including the ability to develop, track, and optimize project budgets and resource utilization.Experience working with design and architecture teams, with the ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, stakeholder management, and effective conflict resolution.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in project reporting and use of project management software or tools.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, RICS) are an advantage.Prior experience in high-end interior fit-outs, turnkey projects, or design-build environments is highly beneficial.
