Job Title: Senior Consultant Life Insurance Domain Locations: Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore Shift: General Shift Budget: JL5B/A up to 25 LPA Experience Level: 5A Senior Consultant Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in US Life Insurance domain to lead requirement elicitation, business analysis, and product implementation/migration for insurance systems. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in policy administration systems and must have completed LOMA certification. A deep understanding of insurance compliance, taxation, and regulatory trends is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement elicitation and business analysis for Life Insurance systems Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Collaborate with technical teams during design, development, and testing phases Drive new product launches or policy migration initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, taxation rules, and their impact on policy servicing Translate business requirements into use cases, process flows, and detailed documentation Conduct presentations, client workshops, and requirement walkthroughs Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Group domain (US Market) Completed LOMA Certification (Mandatory) Experience with at least one Policy Administration System: Vantage / Ingenium / OIPA / IPAS / ALIP / EXIGEN Exposure to external interfacing systems for administration platforms Hands-on experience in new product launch, migration, or implementation Understanding of Compliance, Taxation, and Policy Servicing impacts Strong experience with Requirements Gathering, Use Cases, and Agile Methodology Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and documentation tools Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills .
