Lead client engagements, including scoping projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. Conduct thorough process assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Design optimized processes that align with client business needs and industry best practices. Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for process optimization and ERP implementation. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and process management. Collaborate with other consultants and experts within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process optimization and ERP implementation. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle. Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Excellent project management skills, with experience using Jira or Asana. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and manage project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in client relationship management.
