Senior Creative Designer Level: Middle-Senior | 34 years of relevant experience Compensation: Upto 8 LPA (basis experience and portfolio) Location: Bird Eye HQ, Khar West, Mumbai Work Mode: In-person, Full-time ABOUT BIRD EYE Bird Eye is a homegrown Indian activewear brand built for women who move: in the gym, on the mat, on the track, and everywhere in between. We design performance-first, aesthetic-forward apparel: leggings, sports bras, matching sets, and more. We're a lean startup team based out of Khar West, Mumbai, growing fast and building for the long term. Everyone who joins us owns a piece of what we're building. THE ROLE you're the person who sees a brand's whole visual world before anyone else does, the campaign, the ad, the grid, the packaging, all of it connected. you've been the one making things for a while now, but you're ready to be the one deciding how things should look, and helping someone else make them. Bird Eye needs a Senior Creative Designer who owns our overall branding and ad creative output, sets the visual direction across every touchpoint, and eventually oversees the design team as it grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Bird Eye's ad creative output across Meta, Google, and any other paid channel, concept, design, and iterate based on performance Set and protect the brand's visual identity across social, campaigns, packaging, website, and everything in between Lead design for major launches and campaigns, from concept to final asset Review and sharpen work coming out of the design team, raising the bar without slowing things down Be on set for key shoots, directing how things look and feel, not just executing someone else's brief Build out brand guidelines and design systems as Bird Eye scales, so consistency doesn't depend on one person's memory Work closely with marketing and founders to translate business goals into visual strategy Eventually manage and mentor junior designers as the team grows, giving feedback that makes people better, not just work that's fixed YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF You've been the best designer in the room for a while and you're ready for more ownership, not just more output. Initially it will involve a lot of output before you take over the directing. You think in systems, not just single posts, you know how one ad, one grid, one packaging choice all have to agree with each other You have strong opinions about design and can defend them without getting precious about it You've given feedback on other people's work before and made it better, not just different 3 to 4 years of experience doing this kind of work, formally or not, with a portfolio that shows range across social, ad, and brand work Location: Khar West, Mumbai Working hours: 10:30AM to 6:30PM Working days: Monday to Friday .
