Senior Credit Controller (Tiruppur)

- Work across a high volume of client accounts to improve accuracy in debtors ledgers and collections. - Allocate bank receipt transactions against client invoices in our accounting systems. - Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve disputes. - Manage and process legal cases in the platform provided by our third party supplier. - Support internal and external audit processes and ensuring adherence to financial controls. - Oversee and review complex bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items. - Manage client queries and disputes, updating the receivables ledger for errors in allocations and maintaining appropriate notes on actions taken and conversations held.

- Proven experience in credit control, ideally within a senior, supervisory, or lead capacity. - Strong understanding of credit risk management, debtor reporting, and financial controls. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. - Proficiency in accounting systems. - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical capability. - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Skilled qualifications in credit control are advantageous .
