01Responsibilities
Turning a questionnaire document into an online survey using DecipherPerforming rigorous quality assurance checks on survey programs to ensure that they are error-free and meet client expectationsWorking with the client services and research teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceededCommunicating with internal stakeholders to obtain clarifications and/or resolve survey programming issuesTroubleshooting and resolving issues with programmed surveys while they are in the fieldReviewing collected data for outliers, skip logic issues, or inconsistenciesCleanse data, data merging, and create cross-tabulation tablesThe position involves regular night shifts and weekend work.
